Our mission is to serve as a catalyst to reduce poverty and its symptoms through: Providing quality services Developing resources Collaborating with others Advocating on behalf of the economically & socially disadvantaged Empowering individuals Improving the conditions in which people live, learn and work We envision communities whose members feel secure and are self-sufficient.

Come by 181 E Shasta Ave Chico, CA 10am-3pm these 2 weekends if you need your car washed this weekend and next. Community Council, some of Esplanade House's residents who volunteer to plan events for the kids throughout the year, is putting on a couple more car wash fundraisers to raise money for the festive fall events this season.
