We Raise Foundation

The We Raise Foundation is a nonprofit organization that works in partnership with Christian organizations to support and develop sustainable programs aimed at helping individuals and communities prosper. Originally known as Wheat Ridge Ministries, the foundation identifies and funds innovative programs and leaders that address social issues such as poverty, violence, and inequality, while promoting education, workforce development, and rehabilitation programs.

Mission and Purpose

We Raise Foundation is motivated by the belief that freedom is grace in action, as inspired by Galatians 5:1a. Its mission is to advance philanthropy to inspire and transform communities following the example of Christ. The foundation focuses on strategic grantmaking in key areas:

• Education: Seeking to enhance educational opportunities and outcomes.
• Workforce Development: Supporting initiatives that prepare individuals for gainful employment.
• Reentry Programs: Assisting those reentering society after incarceration.
