Recently, Assistive Technology Specialists from the ATRC attended the Work in Progress: Employment and Community Life conference in Marlborough, hosted by Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services in partnership with the Institute for Community Inclusion at UMass Boston and Employment First Massachusetts. The ATRC had a table at the expo, where Assistive Technology devices were demonstrated to attendees who support people with disabilities on the road to employment. The event brought together employment and CBDS providers, DDS staff, educators, individuals with disabilities, family members, and other state agency partners.

Easterseals Massachusetts made real change through advocacy and community engagement last year: 🟠 397 people employed by ESMA during 2024, including temporary summer workers. 🟠 80 years providing services that unlock everyone's full potential. 🟠 50 community resource fairs were attended by ESMA staff, raising awareness about our programs to thousands across Massachusetts.
