If you or someone you know suffers from an eating disorder, we encourage you to connect with an online support group. The Eating Recovery Center (ERC) holds free, weekly virtual support groups for different communities of people affected by eating disorders. Led by trained facilitators, ERC’s support group options include: - Caregivers of children and teens with eating disorders - Clinicians in eating disorder recovery - College students and young adults - Members of the LGBTQ+ community - Loves ones of adults with eating disorders - People of color - People with addictive behaviors Click the link below to learn more about ERC and online support groups.
