With an extensive career of more than 20 years working for UPS in Latin America Francisco has the responsibility of supervising the small package business unit in more than 40 countries and territories in the region. Prior to his current role Francisco served as Vice President of UPS Supply Chain Solutions managing international air cargo ocean and ground freight customs brokerage logistics and distribution operations for all countries in Latin America. Previously he was Managing Director of the Andean countries overseeing the small package business supply chain and international air cargo operations for Bolivia Colombia Ecuador Peru and Venezuela.
