Home - Judges and Lawyers Breast Cancer Alert JALBCA MOBILIZES THE NEW YORK LEGAL COMMUNITY TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST BREAST CANCER Mission Statement Our mission is focusing on the intersection of the law and breast cancer to leverage the legal communitys strength passion resources and expertise to promote awareness early detection treatment and support for all those affected by breast cancer to provide programs that educate members of the profession about critical medical legal and personal issues around breast cancer to support the breast cancer community at large by funding major wellintegrated legal and legallyrelated counseling programs as well as stateoftheart early detection initiatives. Events JALBCA organizes and sponsors communitywide breast cancer awareness and fundraising events. Our events include the Annual Ellen P. Hermanson Symposium covering cutting edge legal issues in the breast cancer space and our biggest fundraising event the Annual Awards Dinner.
