About Us Our team mission Trinitas Communities is a network of City Pastors City Missionaries Community Leaders and their families all on mission to form followers of Jesus to bring Heaven to Earth. This mission is carried out through communities on mission based in Phoenix AZ and expanding across 17 cities and counting in the United States and internationally.
