🚗 Buckle Up Appalachia at Cherokee High School! 🛑 We had a fantastic time at Cherokee High School with HOSA Club students participating in our Fatal Vision Drowsy and Distracted Driving Goggles activity. 👓 This hands-on experience gave students a powerful (and safe) way to understand the dangers of driving while drowsy or distracted. With the goggles simulating delayed reactions, impaired coordination, and slowed decision-making, students quickly realized how risky it is to drive when tired or not fully focused. 😵‍💫 It sparked some great conversations about making smarter choices behind the wheel. A huge thank you to Cherokee High School for welcoming us and to the students for their enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
