Excellence in short-term residential care serving males and females ages 12-18 www.dacfs.org The mission of Dimondale Adolescent Care Facility is to provide a highly structured environment designed to produce positive outcomes for abused, neglected, and at-risk youth, ages 12 to 17. To achieve these goals, we utilize the therapeutic community approach with an emphasis on academic success. Dimondale Adolescent Care Facility assists its residents in forming positive family and community relationships and facilitating family reunification through the use of a multi-systems best practice model. Dimondale’s transitional program strives to achieve greater permanent success for our residents by providing post-placementservices and support.
