Established in 1978 We currently manage outofschool time partnerships with over 80 different schools and 4 school districts in the Sacramento region. The Center strives to provide social services employment training health education and youth programming to underserved communities. The purpose of this organization is to assist immigrants refugees and other underserved individuals in the greater Sacramento area to achieve economic selfsufficiency social empowerment and cultural appreciation.
