Tulane Canal Neighborhood Development Corporation (TCNDC) is a non-profit organization that seeks to maintain the diversity and vibrancy of the Tulane Canal and Treme neighborhoods through affordable home ownership and community development. In recognition of institutional racism and poverty, TCNDC envisions a neighborhood where all residents have access to stable, affordable housing thereby building a more equitable community.
