Welcome Home - Home Rochester RochesterHousing DevelopmentFund Corporation Welcome Home For more than 15 years the Rochester Housing Development Fund Corporation RHDFC and Greater Rochester Housing Partnership GRHP have been rehabilitating vacant homes revitalizing neighborhoods and providing quality affordable homeownership opportunities in the City of Rochester. This work is done through strong partnerships with the City of Rochester and Rochester Land Bank Corporation and numerous other critical partners. The RHDFC acquires vacant homes and works with these partners to rehabilitate the homes for low and moderateincome firsttime homebuyers. The RHDFC leverages financing needed to acquire and rehabilitate these homes.
