CBOA - PRESIDENT39S MESSAGE Welcome to the home of the California Basketball Officials Association CBOA California39s only statewide basketball officials association. We have trained and developed officials for California over 100 years from Youth to SemiPro. Our program is being used in other states and we consistently work on our program and with our partnership with NASO to provide the latest in officiating training. Our website provides anyone within our state the ability to connect with a CBOA affiliated unit and directly apply or contact that unit for more information.
