Our Programs Holiday Helpers Program Feeding the Hungry Uplift Connect Virtual Companion Program Guide Supplemental Income Work from home Feeding the Hungry Program The Feed the Hungry Program a cornerstone of Uplift Community Outreach is dedicated to combating food insecurity by providing nutritious meals to lowincome families and individuals experiencing homelessness. Through generous donations from local restaurants and community partners we save and redistribute surplus food that would otherwise go to waste. Our team ensures that this food reaches those in need through scheduled pickups or direct deliveries to their homes.
