Zarrow Families Foundation
In 2020, the Zarrow family decided to commit the funds of the entire joint family foundation (The Zarrow Families Foundation) to address disparities rooted in white supremacy and systemic racism. The Zarrow Families Foundation now conducts its grantmaking through The Commemoration Fund (CF), to honor the memory of the victims of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. This new effort is dedicated to and overseen exclusively by people of color. The Commemoration Fund supports bold and innovative efforts to correct social, political, and economic injustices that impact Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and People of Color in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our grantmaking addresses disparities rooted in white supremacy and systemic racism with sustainable, collaborative solutions.
