Camp Mariastella, Inc.
Founded in 1941 by the Sisters of Social Service, Mariastella's mission is to enhance the life skills of children by fostering an awareness of the beauty of creaton and the action of God in their lives. The focus of Mariastella is outdoor recreation within a Christian, ecumenical setting. Bringing together staff and campers from all walks of life, Mariastella is a place to come together, to recognize commonalities and to learn from each other through living together in a cooperative environment. Children have the opportunity to experience the outdoors in an attractive and safe environment. They are presented with opportunities for fun, friendship and a chance to explore their own values as well as their dreams. Finally, Mariastella is a place to be and make a friend.
