In Memory of More HOME OF THE LONG ISLAND WARRIORS VETERANS HOCKEY CLUB501c3 MISSION The Long Island Warriors Hockey Program is a nonprofit volunteerrun program that aims to provide a hockey team for military veterans active military reserves and their family members on Long Island. The team was created to strengthen veteran community engagement and provide veteran camaraderie to return to civilian life. VISION The program educates trains motivates and encourages individuals who have served in any branch of the Armed Forces as well those with physical or mental disabilities incurred during service to the United States to participate in the sport of ice hockey in an environment that is adapted to the level of ability of the participating athlete.
