As part of the commemoration, a new billboard campaign was launched to bring renewed attention to the case of 18-year-old Devine Tollett, who has been missing since April 1, 2018, from Houston. The month-long digital billboard initiative will be featured across the Houston area, displaying Devine’s photo and messages aimed at generating leads and raising awareness. Texas Center for the Missing has issued a Houston Regional CLEAR Alert on behalf of the Harris County Sheriff's Office for 55-year-old Anthony Dominik, who also goes by the name Tony. He was last seen 05/21/2025, at approximately 4:00 AM, in the 3800 block of Melbourne St., Houston, Texas, 77026. His clothing description is unknown at this time Law enforcement officials believe he is in imminent danger.
