The mission of the Hector and Gloria Lopez Foundation (HGLF) is to provide postsecondary educational opportunities for students in the State of Texas. HGLF is dedicated to the support and success of students who demonstrate financial need and are the first in their families to attend and graduate from college in Texas, with a focus on students from Austin, El Paso, the Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio and South Texas. We believe advanced education is the basis for economic opportunity and work to address barriers that stand in the way of post-secondary attainment.
