DESSO Foundation – Scholarship Fund for Treasure Beach, Jamaica DESSO Foundation Scholarship Fund supporting Treasure Beach Jamaica DESSO Foundation DESSOis an organization founded to provide scholarships to deserving youths in and around the Treasure Beach community in St. Elizabeth Jamaica. While there is public education in Jamaica students at all levels Basic Primary Secondary and University are required to purchase books uniforms pay for their own transportation and pay school fees. These costs can often be prohibitively expensive for the families resulting in bright motivated young people having to drop out of school early or only go occasionally significantly inhibiting their ability to succeed.
