HOME ABOUT SHARE YOUR SUCCESS SERVICES SHOP GET INVOLVED CONTACT DONATIONS More Black Education Leaders Building Communities WE39RE BOLD BOLD Leadership Network provides community support and resources for all leaders to advance equity and the opportunity for all students and communities to thrive. Black students especially Black boys from lowincome households are 39 more likely to graduate from high school and enroll in college when they have just one Black teacher in elementary school. Yet only 2 of educators are Black males. BOLD IS THE CHANGE Our four key areas of focus allow us to reach into the education community and offer resources and safe spaces for conversations and growth.
