Life is better in the oaks 🌳❤️ The official Facebook page for the City of Thousand Oaks The Friends of the Civic Arts Plaza Is ceasing operations as of 06/30/2017, and its main volunteer function - usher corp for the Theatres - is being taken over by the City of Thousand Oaks for which the Friends have served for over 20 years. All Friends assets in the form of one (1) checking account and one (1) savings account, will be closed out effective 06/30/17 via two separate distributions (11/14/16 and 06/30/17).
