🎉 It’s official — SB 1143 (Blanco & Talarico) has been signed into law. This important legislation strengthens planning and evaluation requirements for workforce development programs, helping Texas build a stronger, more prepared workforce and better support opportunity youth across the state. A huge thank-you to Cesar Blanco & James Talarico for championing this bill and investing in the future of young Texans.
