Immigrant Advocates Response Collaborative

A community of legal advocates & an immigration law training + policy institute, working together to fight for NY’s immigrant communities. RT ≠ endorsement We are a community of legal advocates and an immigration law training and policy institute, working together to fight for New York’s immigrant communities. We are a coalition of immigration legal advocates that works on increasing access to justice and access to counsel for all immigrant New Yorkers. How we do this: Mobilize: Network New York State’s legal service providers by facilitating communication and information sharing to better support our immigrant communities. Organize: Respond collectively to challenges as they arise by coordinating resources and fostering best practices among providers. Resist: Challenge anti-immigrant policies by shining a light on injustices and confronting inequalities faced by our communities in the legal system.

We are a community of legal advocates and an immigration law training and policy institute working together to fight for New Yorks immigrant communities. MOBILIZE From airport terminals to county jails and law offices and court hallways in between our members show up to defend immigrant rights every time they are under attack. ORGANIZE Our members and partners work in every corner of New York State to ensure that immigrant communities know their rights and understand the issues that affect them and then together we fight back. RESIST By collaborating sharing information and creating collective resources with each other and with our community partners IARC is networking the state and decreasing the access to justice gap for immigrants everywhere.
