Our mission is to organize Austin's homeless population into a cohesive, credible, and knowledgeable group capable of making informed decisions concerning homeless services and issues in the Austin area, and empower them through economic opportunities and the media, thereby allowing freedoms and responsibilities necessary to enhance their contribution to society.
