Home - Free to Be Programs Free to Be Programs Serving individuals with developmental disabilities since 1984 COVID19 Update We are currently open for business during our normal hours and are following all safety guidelines required by the CDC and LA county. Our Mission The mission of Free To Be Programs is to enhance the dignity and quality of life of individuals who are challenged by severe learning and behavioral difficulties associated with a developmental disability. What We Do Programs Free to Be Programs focus on finding support homes for individuals with developmental disabilities training our volunteer families in positive behavior support approaches and then placing children and adults with these specially trained support families. Free to Be Services We help place children and adults with developmental disabilities in family homes that have been approved by our agency.
