Home - SafeHope CREATING THE END to domestic violence and sexual assault We have more than twentyone years of advocacy and outreach services for domestic violence and sexual assault victims in Harvey County and have now expanded to offer services in McPherson and Marion Counties. Need Help. Call our 24hour help line to speak with a trained advocate 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It takes tremendous courage to reach out and get help but there is hope for a better tomorrow.
