Blaine County Education Foundation Enhancing Opportunities for the Blaine County School District Enhancing Opportunities for THE BLAINE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT Students in Need Supports students unable to afford school meals and who do not qualify for free and reduced meals under federal guidelines. This program also funds school supplies and schoolsponsored activities for students who are unable to pay. Educational Opportunities Encourage collaboration and inspire student learning by offering financial support to Blaine County School District teachers staff and students. Scholarships Provide financial support to help offset the expense of college for graduating students so they can pursue a higher education and work toward achieving their academic and career goals.
