We are daughters, sisters, mothers and wives. We are sons, brothers, fathers and husbands. We are victims and we are caregivers. But, most of all, we are fighters. We are committed to supporting medical research through awareness and fundraising. IN SUPPORT OF THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE ON AGING (NIA) AND NATIONAL PLAN TO ADDRESS ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE (NAPA), DAUGHTERS AGAINST ALZHEIMER'S IS HONORED TO SUPPORT THE PLAN'S AMBITIOUS GOALS TO BOTH PREVENT FUTURE CASES OF ALZHEIMER'S AND TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE MILLIONS OF AMERICAN FAMILIES CURRENTLY FACING THESE DISEASES. WITH THEIR STRONG COMMITMENT TO RESEARCH, DAA IS PROUD TO SUPPORT COLLABORATIVE WORK AMONG THE WORLD'S PREMIER DOCTORS, SCIENTISTS, AND RESEARCHERS AT EMORY'S GOIZUETA ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE RESEARCH CENTER. OUR FOCUS ON EARLY DIAGNOSTICS RELATING TO ALZHEIMER'S AND DEMENTIA WILL EASILY SCREEN AND HELP FACILITATE EFFECTIVE TREATMENT FOR ASYMPTOMATIC OR PRE-SYMPTOMATIC PEOPLE BEFORE COGNITIVE DECLINE BEGINS. BY WORKING TOGETHER, WE CAN CHANGE THE TRAJECTORY OF ALZHEIMER'S AND DEMENTIA FOR THE NEXT GENERATION.

Daughters Against Alzheimer's Donate now to help us change the future for millions. Our Story Our Hope 2024 HAS BEEN AN EXCITING YEAR FOR RESEARCH AT DAUGHTERS AGAINST ALZHEIMERS. Now that the first generation of effective therapies for Alzheimers is finally here our partners at Emorys Goizueta Alzheimers Disease Research Center expect continued and rapid advances in the field. With additional drugs targeting the clearance of amyloid pathology expected to receive FDA approval this year we are getting closer to our eventual route to victory the prevention of Alzheimers disease.
