Friends of Casa | Who We Are. We are the Friends of CASA of Portage County We are a 501c3 organization created for the purpose of supporting CASA Court Appointed Special Advocates of Portage County. Donations go towards recruiting and training CASA volunteers appointed by the court to cases of child abuse and neglect as well as securing resources to meet the needs of children. With the help of our community we can provide children with opportunities to participate in camps sports school events and more bringing some muchneeded normalcy to their lives.
