Caitlin excelled in her role managing bankruptcy cases, displaying exceptional skill, dedication, and adeptness despite having no prior experience in the field. She not only demonstrated a deep understanding of the legal and procedural aspects but also devised efficient checklists and tools to enhance workflow efficiency. Through valuable collaboration with Assistant County Attorneys, Caitlin contributed significantly to the department's effectiveness in handling such cases and emerged as a well-regarded expert in this challenging area. In addition to her professional achievements, Caitlin consistently brings a positive attitude, dependability, and strong team spirit to the workplace. Her colleagues and supervisors hold her in high esteem, recognizing her as a key contributor to the department's accomplishments. Suffolk AME is proud to shine a spotlight on the efforts of our own Linda Waring, from the DPW Sanitation White Unit, and her husband Jon Waring, a recently retired Suffolk AME member, as they embark on a heartfelt mission to raise awareness and funds for a cause that holds special significance to their family. Linda and Jon's daughter, Ally, bravely faced a diagnosis of Scleroderma in 2021, a challenging condition that affects multiple aspects of health, from the skin to internal organs. Throughout this tough journey, the Warings have shown unwavering strength and determination, inspiring us all to come together in support.
