Baton Rouge State Fair Foundation | Home Baton Rouge State Fair Foundation Since 1985 over 4 million has passed through the Baton Rouge State Fair Foundation back into the community. We have a nearly 60year history of funding community service projects and promoting enrichment opportunities for the children and youth of the Baton Rouge area. Our donations go to both those in need and those with exceptional achievements. They take three forms Our mission is to create and improve opportunities for worthy individuals in the Baton Rouge area.
