Vision The Association shall act to stabilize the community and its structures; act to revitalize commercial and residential buildings through adaptive reuse and rehabilitation; enhance community desirability and livability through infrastructure improvements and appropriate infill development; act to preserve the community’s unique cultural heritage; promote diversity and entrepreneurship; and assist those in the community to reach their full potential and during times of need.”
