SPECIFICALLY, BY DEVELOPING EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES AND TRAINING PROGRAMS THAT SUPPORT AND EMPOWER RUNNERS, FACILITATING OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN RACES AND RUNNING EVENTS IN MINNESOTA, AND FOSTERING A WELCOMING, INCLUSIVE RUNNING COMMUNITY FOR ALL MINNESOTANS.
