Home - Sacramento Environmental Justice Coalition Our Mission In 2021 the SacEJC was formed as a grassroots organization that was started bya coalition of diverse partners and community leaders. Our purpose is to address the historical and structural racist policiesthat force people of color the poor and the marginalized to live in themost polluted neighborhoods in the Sacramento Valley.
