Independent Living Center of Southern California: A Non-Profit Serving Persons with Disabilities Since 1976 Serving Persons with Disabilities, including Youth, Older Adults, and Veterans, Since 1976 The ILCSC is dedicated to providing the services which offer the opportunity for persons with disabilities to seek an individual path towards independence, while educating the community.

Any person with a disability including youth older adult or veteran who may benefit from the ILCSC program of services is eligible for services without charge regardless of disability race creed nationality or age. Through a partnership with the Los Angeles County ADRC 211 and a network of 5 other Independent Living Centers we offer the No Wrong Door program which promotes consistency in the delivery of services. Just one phone call one website visit or one email will give access to a wide array of services and supports.
