Any person with a disability including youth older adult or veteran who may benefit from the ILCSC program of services is eligible for services without charge regardless of disability race creed nationality or age. Through a partnership with the Los Angeles County ADRC 211 and a network of 5 other Independent Living Centers we offer the No Wrong Door program which promotes consistency in the delivery of services. Just one phone call one website visit or one email will give access to a wide array of services and supports.
