Provides services to seniors over 60 &/or their caregivers, to help them remain living independently THE MISSION OF BOSSIER COUNCIL ON AGING (BCOA) IS TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE SENIOR CITIZENS OF BOSSIER PARISH THAT WILL ENHANCE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE AND ENABLE THEM TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY AND WITH DIGNITY.SOME SERVICES INCLUDE INFORMATION, ASSISTANCE, HOME DELIVERED MEALS, HOMEMAKER, TRANSPORTATION, NATIONAL FAMILY CAREGIVER PROGRAM, RECREATION AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE.
