Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Hawaii Chapter Aloha and welcome. The Hawaii Chapter was formed to provide local fraud fighters an opportunity to earn their annual continuing education credits and networking opporunities with colleagues across industries such as financial services government and law enforcement. The Hawaii Chapter supports the mission of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners to reduce the incidence of fraud and whitecollar crime and assist the membership in its detection and deterrence.
