Arizona Homemade Artisans Arizona Homemade Artisans AHA. Who we are AHA is a nonprofit Tucson organization created in 2021 to support and sponsor grass roots actions that empower creative placebased living. What we do AHA supports individuals and groups by providing coordination support and fiscal sponsorship. AHA is currently the fiscal sponsor of Desert Harvesters for their Thriving Communities Grant Rewilding Tastebuds and Neighborhoods Nourishing Ourselves with Sonoran Desert Food Forests.
