Advocacy Counseling Networking MEMPHIS RESTART INITIATIVE Memphis ReStart is a multifacet initiative launched bythe Black Business Association of Memphis to focus on three areasTalent Acquisitions and Talent Connections. The Memphis Restart Initiative is a program designed to empower Black individuals to achieve economic mobility and secure a brighter future.
