Composed of two nonprofit groups working across the state, we reduce petroleum use and improve air quality for all Tennesseans by promoting alternative fuels & advanced vehicle technologies! The mission of the ETCFC is to increase the use of cleaner American fuels and vehicles and energy-saving transportation technologies to improve air quality andhealth, curb dependence on imported petroleum and support Tennessee's economy.
