Emergency Shelter Transitional Housing Rapid Rehousing Making a Difference The January 24 2024 PointInTime Count reported the following results 250 adults and children were identified as experiencing homelessness in Frederick County on that day. Were unsheltered and on the streets Were in shelters Were in transitional housing Footer Please Consider Donating Since 1988 our organization has housed and provided supportive services to more than 3000 homeless adults and children.
