Monarca will be a 50acre affordable rental housing development of 179 three and fourbedroom homes planned for Immokalee Florida that will serve the low socioeconomic population in this region. Nuestra Seora de la Vivienda Community Foundation is the developer of Monarca. The name honors Our Lady of Guadalupe the Patroness of Mexico and the Americas.
