Benedict Canyon Association Working to protect the quality of life and the environment of Benedict Canyon 2025 BENEDICT CANYON ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING There was a great turn out for this years annual meeting on Tuesday night at the Beverly Hills Womens Club. Many residents along with panelists Councilwoman Katy Yaroslavsky District Attorney Nathan Hochman Assistant City Attorney Tamar Gaatzan LA Fire Department Assistant Chief Joe Everett and West LAPD Captain Richard Gabaldon were in attendance. Relevant issues regarding our neighborhood were addressed such as fire safety short term rentals and party houses disregard of building codes and regulations wildfire ordinance crime specifically the South American and Chilean gang burglaries the use of drones emergency evacuation brush clearance cameras license plate readers neighborhood watch and speeding. Afterwards the city officials and residents had a chance to meet and snack on light refreshments.
