This program provides hands-on financial literacy training, covering topics such as saving, budgeting, taxes, credit, insurance, banking, and investing. Participants in this program also engage in paid work experiences and have the opportunity to open bank and brokerage accounts, promoting early financial responsibility.

Leadership

The organization is led by Jason B. Lockett Sr., who serves as the founder and Executive Director. Lockett is a proud alumnus of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and holds degrees in Marketing and Business Administration. He is also the founder of a financial planning firm and creator of the "Slice of Pie" masterclass on personal finance.

Team

Breadwinners Academy's team includes Milan Martin, Program Director, who focuses on financial literacy and community engagement. Other team members include Jason Lockett Jr., Bookkeeper, and Kayla Thomas, Director of Student Engagement, who facilitates community outreach and partnerships.

Partnerships
