The Association shall be based in the United States of America USA and registered as a nonprofit and nongovernmental organization NGO capable of seeking grants from various sources for the advancement and improvement of the educational standard at BMGS Bori therefore the main office of the Association shall be based in the USA and have regional branches elsewhere in the world where membership count warrants a branch.
