The Birabi Memorial Grammar School BMGS Alumni Association Inc. is organized exclusively for educational literary and scientific purposes including for such purposes the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations within the meaning of Section 501 c3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or the corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue Law as well as any lawful purpose. The Association shall be based in the United States of America USA and registered as a nonprofit and nongovernmental organization NGO capable of seeking grants from various sources for the advancement and improvement of the educational standard at BMGS Bori therefore the main office of the Association shall be based in the USA and have regional branches elsewhere in the world where membership count warrants a branch.
