After seven years of empowering teens through mentorship connection and personal growth we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our program. Since the beginning SNAPP has been a safe and inclusive space for teens to explore selfempowerment foster meaningful relationships and build life skills to navigate the complexities of todays world. The transformative impact weve witnessedfrom lifechanging breakthroughs to lasting friendshipswas made possible by the incredible support of our group leaders volunteers families and community partners.
