Heart Well Homestead Empowering Pregnantand Parenting Mothers Heart Well Homestead is a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Plattsburgh New York. We are in the process of establishing transitional housing with comprehensive support services for homeless women who are pregnant or parenting infants for up to two years. Our program is designed to create a safe nurturing environment where women can rebuild their lives work toward longterm stability and achieve independence. OUR MISSION To offer a residential program that empowers pregnant and parenting mothers by supporting their physical emotional educational and spiritual needs so they can thrive.
