Dragonflyers on the Water Races Events races 11th Annual Dragons on the Lake Boat FestivalJuly 19 700 am 500 pm Portage Lakes State Park 5031 Manchester RoadNew Franklin OH 44319 Practice times Practices are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays 545 pm 715 pm with warmups and announcements starting at 545 pm sharp and on the water at 6 pm. Please arrive between 530 pm 545 pm to give yourself time to park traverse to the warmup area and arrange needed gear. The first practice for returning paddlers is scheduled for Tuesday April 29 2025 at 545 pm.
