KREWE OF APOLLO AIDS-CRISIS FUND
Formed in 1980, the Krewe of Apollo Baton Rouge is a non-profit organization intended to foster the community it serves. Since 1993, the Krewe of Apollo AIDS/Crisis Fund has been a funding source for HIV/AIDS services in the community as well as those in need of sudden crisis due to financial distress. Funds raised go to assist those in times of financial distress due to serious and critical situations and illness. If the application is approved by the AIDS/Crisis Fund Committee, the Krewe of Apollo Baton Rouge will fund the grant(s) in the form of check(s) payable to the vendor(s). All grants are made directly to vendors as bill payments on behalf of the applicant; no funds will be sent directly to applicants.
